Thank you for collecting and taking such good care of my elderly dog Pillow and for allowing him to stay in your home for a short while. With his three legs and his age against him it made sense to not take him with me to UK. Your service is excellent. The love and care you gave to our dogs goes without saying. They arrived looking like film stars in their new crates complete with a new toy each.
